    Hi Sunil,

    To answer your question first; The steps within that support article should be all that you need to move back to using the WP Library. To investigate why that may not have worked, could you please provide some more details, such as a screenshot of your WP Library? In addition, did you encounter any errors after following these steps? Have none of the images been migrated or just some? If the images in your Library within WP are still showing as "Uploaded" to Cloudinary then could you please also double-check the credential (Cloudinary URL) is configured correctly so that the images can be migrated away? Please feel free to include any other details which you think may be relevant in addition to the above.

    Apart from this, it would be helpful if you could share some details into the issues you were seeing with the Cloudinary plugin, specifically;

    Could you provide a URL for an image that isn't being delivered and also for one that is mangled?

    Best regards,

    Aleksandar

    Hi Caleb,

    Can you please let us know which version of the Cloudinary WordPress plugin you're using and how it's configured? Please send us a support request directly if possible so we can check your account details. The current version of the plugin is 2.1.2 so please check if that's what you're using now

    Regards,
    Stephen
