Wordpress plugin Incorrect connection string

Hello, trying to install the plugin to a headless Wordpress testing environment. Getting the following message when adding the cloudinary URL : Incorrect connection string

I can see doing some JSON request : http://localhost/wp-json/cloudinary/v1/test_connection?_locale=user

Which gets me:

  Could you please open a ticket to support@cloudinary.com and share a system report as explained here so we can investigate further? If you can also share a screenshot of your Site Health under the Tools section, that will be helpful as well.
